From the Gallup poll which the article's data were taken:

"The previous low point was 14.4% in the third quarter of 2008."

So, from start to finish, Obamacare has reduced the number of uninsureds by ONE PERCENTAGE POINT.

We have upended our health care system, increased costs, reduced quality, and reduced innovation. Plus added billions to our deficits into perpetuity.

For ONE PERCENTAGE POINT.

Please explain how this is a good thing.

Let's have a state by state breakdown that identifies how many were replacing insurance Obamacare canceled and how many are simply people who already qualified for Medicaid but got signed up after passage of Obamacare?
