When you behave in a lawless manner, lying, cheating, obfuscating, and never accepting responsibility for anything as Obama has, you soon lose credibility. So, it is no surprise when someone like Cruz questions the president's integrity. It is not out of character for Obama to do something like this. Just consider that he has used the IRS to investigate his political enemies. If he'll do that he'll do anything.
