You have an argument, Meta. At least to the extent that the language isn't plain without referring to the context of it. That might leave room for interpretation. I haven't read the 4th circuit opinion that came down for allowing the subsidies. We need to know the rationale there. The "plain meaning" dicta of the SCOTUS Judges previous opinions will meet that 4th circuit rationale if and when the Supremes get Holbig.
