Paul, Thanks a million for your response! I do agree with you on most everything you said, but I'm not sure Greenspan and Co. will lower the rates! The long US Bond is saying they need to be lowered and I'm not so sure that this is not more important for the market place to set rates as it is for the FED too! It's a sign IMO that the market place is becoming much more efficent as for as interest rates go, especially with the world as open as it is for people to be able to move money with a click of the computer mouse! Again time will teel the story, but I'm still concerned with the over all market conditions at this time! Thanks again, Hank
