STRR management should be applauded for filling in one more step in vertical integration. Hardware and software solution (with some day service revenue as well by way of service contracts) is the way to go. When each step in the vertical integration is nailed down with all the potential revenues; the gross profits will improve. Software service contract is where Oracle, Computer associates get their $billion revenue in enterprise systems. The daily improvements and special automation people needed to make their lives easier, is a steady revenue stream.
