Generally a tactic of desperation and somewhat despicable - sort of like announcing you'll be handing grenades to all your children.

And B F Skinner trained pigeons to use as guidance systems, and they worked remarkably well. But like the other schemes, they were all abandoned for one reason or another.

And no one does it today, but these people. I guess you use what you have.

It is a crying shame they spend all their money on trying to defeat the Jews instead of creating someone for themselves.
