I think Arabs are people and we should them to be as civilized as everyone else. Again, there is no shame being ignorant about a subject if you try to educate yourself. It seams that you have no clue what is going on in the Arab world. The Ottomans took them in and protected them. The North Africans not so much. Life was hell there till the era of European colonization. Who were the Ottomans?
