You can activate the numberpad to act as a mouse. Place the mouse over next or previous. Then you use left and right arrow keys on the number pad to toggle back and forth over next and previous. You then push the five key for click. It's not as good as a function key but it works. I use it when my mouse hand gets cramped.

One way to activate keyboard.

Go to help/index and type keyboard and then using instead of mouse and then turning on mouse keys. Click on the icon in the help menu under this topic and follow instructions.
