There is no reason at all a fat pipeline couldn't have been built from neighboring Arab states with that money. Yet, you dump responsibility on Israel, who is providing ALL the water required of them under the Oslo Water Agreement. The Arabs in Palestine don't have proper waste water treatment, which destroys their OWN water supply. Yet you want to blame Israel. Can't help but believe this is just more of your racist roots coming out.
