Thanx Mark, yes even in my limited knowledge I know the head and shoulders formation. Thanks for the explanation .. by the way what time period are you using for this? Does it vary from stock to stock? As for the Fibonacci rate, thats another story.. no need to explain. Will learn little by little. Thanks for your thoughts. Still like it for a few points grin (if the market rights itself) P.S. Kinda agree with Zeeb about January rally and then some really shaky times ahead of that. This Q's earnings wont really show the full affect of Asian crisis.. but the next period (March/April) definately will so we could see preannouncement after preannouncement. Mark
