Uh, if the reason I was short on water is because they forbid me from accessing the river, do not allow me to catch rainwater and they are drilling in my yard and pumping out all of the water on my land, I'd probably do anything I could to get back at them.

Plus they got the homeowners association to pass laws that if I didn't farm my land for 3 consecutive years my neighbor could take my land, but the neighbor doesn't have to allow me enough water to irrigate when needed...

Can't help but notice you still haven't said where you got that chart.

Well, I guess we'll discuss fractions now.

2/3 means more than half but less than 3/4.

If I were out of water I wouldn't be firing rockets at my neighbor on whom I was dependent for getting more. Same is true of electricity.
