If corporations can be citizens, I don't see why a drone cannot be. After all, just because you pick up a radio controller doesn't mean you give up your rights.

Besides, I had a vision. The doctor claims that I picked the wrong mushrooms, but I felt the presence of God. There was a bright light and I felt the touch of His Noodly Appendage. I was filled with joy. And He spoke to me, He said "we are approaching the end times. You are my selected representative to guide My People through these Tribulations. Gather to yourself my other followers and keep them safe. Armed drones are necessary because your enemies will be numerous and their evil unbounded.

Go and prepare yourself..."

So my sincerely held religious beliefs hold that I must have armed drones.

Hmmm - while I could see some practical uses - like wild pig control on some ranches. I seriously doubt this is the next debate. The fact DC just got it's ban on open and concealed carry over turned - I suspect that and reciprocity for concealed licenses is the real next area and the pro 2nd lawyers are winning that argument.
