There's a country that has emerged from a similar conundrum, after the US quit supporting and then ignoring it, South Africa. Israel could learn from the amazing hopeful things that happened there. So could we here in the US. Without us enabling them, the world could and would FORCE the Israelis, who's economy depends on exports, to return all the Pal lands, dismantle the settlements, and make peace. It will happen eventually. We control the timetable.
