Why should it? What the Israelis did was a war crime. What they are doing are war crimes.
And what happened to the Native Americans shouldn't be considered a crime?

Seems like your principles on the matter come with a "statute of limitations" ...

I realize for the Right war crimes are no big deal. But...

When Hamas builds tunnels, that's a war crime. When Israel drops bombs on Gaza, that's Israel protecting itself.
