Scott, I have taken my profit on my AVNT short and have not been watching it closely of late. But I think it will continue south for a long time yet.

I'd like to field that question if you don't mind....

Avant! will definitely post a net loss after charges (including massive legal expenses), revenues will be flat to down, and earnings will be down (possibly negative).

Avant's customers have been fleeing in droves. They are losing every civil court battle (see news items regarding recent judgemnets) and the criminal case looks like its in the bag...unless Gerald Hsu changes his name to O.J. Simpson.

My price target is under 10, but I think I'm going to hang on to this one. There's a real possibility that the stock may stop trading. I still think it's a spectacular shorting opportunity in the teens.
