Obama has pushed us much further toward Turley's "imperial presidency" -- but it looks far more like dictatorship to me. And it will have to be fixed before Obama leaves office or the chances of turning it back later on become slim-to-none. I believe he has also materially increased the likelihood Obamacare will be found unconstitutional in its totality before Obama leaves office (hopefully). The SCOTUS surely recognizes the threat posed by this presidency and will see killing Obamacare as the best way to set him back. And, Obamacare is clearly in violation of the Origination Clause. There is a growing chance the Court will hear it, then throw the law out. Still well less than 50/50, but the more Obama usurps Congressional power, the greater that probability becomes.
