Also, Fitch upgraded the debt for Level 3 Comm. I expect the equity analysts to start upgrading the company soon as well. In fact, several of them.

They didn't wait too long. Canaacord Adams raises price target from $50 up to $55

I wonder if TWTC can use the REIT strategy to cut taxes? LVLT already has favorable tax structure on its own.
