Roly, just take it easy. I lost all my gains and more many times in the past. One thing that keeps me going is the unshaken belief that I can always come back to regain everything and gain some more...so I'm still around...

Forget about options, I lost a bundle on options only to see the trade go my way after expiration. At least with owning the stock outright you don't have a wasting asset.

It has been said that 90% of folks plalying options lose money. You have to right on two accounts--which way the stock is going and how quickly it may get there. In a market like this, even a straddle is risky, and then there are the commissions. How do you all do it.
