Wharfy, first, your comment about the cycle being in balance is yet more bs as historical CO2 fluctuations have been as low as near 100ppm to over 5000ppm. Second, 97% of the annual increase is natural, as reported by the EIA. Third, 97% of the 100ppm increase over the last 100years is natural and 3ppm may be due to humans burning fossil fuels. Fourth, you should stop visiting websites run by a failed cartoonist and pretender.
