Benev Capital (BEV.H-V) top pick from Bruce Campbell on BNN.ca Market Call Wednesday June 24 @ 1300ET

Benev Capital is soon to be named Diversified Royalty Corporation Capital is a top line royalty company that is building out a diversified royalty stream from a collection of multi-location franchise businesses. Their first royalty stream is 6 percent royalty from FranWorks Franchise Corp. Franworks is one of Canada’s fastest growing mid casual dining groups. The company has strong management lead by Sean Morrison. Mr. Morrison has extensive experience advising and structuring multi-location franchise royalty companies. Currently, BENEV is trading with a dividend yield that is significantly higher than its peers 7.9 percent vs peers at 6.1 percent. As the company builds out their platform of royalty companies, that yield should trade in line with the peers, generating capital appreciation for investors at this level. Further acquisitions could increase the dividend yield. At a 6.1 percent dividend yield BENEV’s stock price would be $3.10.
