Fine David. I wasn't sure.....that's all. BTW, here's another snippet from the Jan 23 press release:

Sales the past two quarters have been strong, he added, fiscal-year totals are projected to reach $12 million with a potential net annual income of $600,000 (5% of sales)"

Take a look at the last 10-Q to see just how close the company is to these numbers. Bear in mind, debt forgiveness was the cause of a profit shown in the 3rd quarter.
