It isn't that they can't. You can impeach a ham sandwich.

The problem is that impeachment is only good for one president then it is over.

By going through the courts, if they're successful, they will roll back the illegal seizure of power by the current president, which is what is called for in the circumstances.

You can never overestimate the shallowness of a liberal.
