It isn't silly.

We are very weak and getting weaker. The presidency has taken on immense new power and if it isn't rolled back it will become a permanent feature and permanent trajectory.

In short, he wants to be to liberals what Reagan was to conservatives. It's a huge gamble on his part, but I think ultimately it will backfire simply because Obama isn't competent enough to execute properly.

Uh...........I think you may be wrong on that one. See bin Laden and possibly the Ukraine.

As a legacy president, I think his popularity will grow considerably.

BTW not a bad post.........even as I disagree with much of it.
