True... but still, we can always check and make sure we don't eat things that are not really legitimate foods... most all the stuff we see on the supermarket shelves are not legitimate food, they're food-like, but they're not real food... the food companies don't process food for your health, they design their products to addict you into wanting more, but it's not healthy to eat...

We're actually living in a zoo-like environment... for thousands of years we hunted and roamed and we ate natural foods, nothing was processed... we didn't have the diseases we have today, people weren't overweight... for example, if you put a wild animal in the zoo today, you then feed it what they would eat in their natural habitat... but, as humans, we're in a zoo-like environment living in cities and highly populated areas, but we're not eating what we would eat in our natural habitat... we mostly eat what food companies sell us, it's as if we lost touch with our natural dietary menu...
