What's shocking is the response from those South American countries - they seem totally fine with having their citizens export their nations children - not a word of outrage. No action on their parts to bring them home That should tell you something. Its why I think the US along Costa Rica and Panama need to work with these countries to improve their economics and politics. The haves in this world can't sit back and expect everyone will do as they are told. Its been predicted for some time that citizens of the have nots will try to move to the haves . That time is now.
