I think Fox positioned itself as a moderately conservative alternative to the extremist left media to gain market share, and it worked, essentially driving CNN out of the news business and MSNBC into an entity with no hope of turning a profit.

Now that they have accomplished this goal they seem to really pushing to become far more moderate. Hannity is the only remnant of right-wing bias and O'Reilly has visibly become more left leaning in his commentary.

Watch for more liberals leaving mslsd, cnn etc to join fox in the coming years as their stations sink into oblivion.

Oh yeah...........when someone turns on Fox at my gym, as soon as that person walks out the door and before he/she gets mugged, someone grabs the remote and turns it back to CNN or MSNBC.

For conservatives, Fox News is the only game in town. Its the only reason it does so well.
