Oh, and shades. Here is another News release which should help the squeeze:

July 2,1997

"The financing is part of management's plan to move into the full packaging manufacturing of garments in their two offshore facilities."

Two months later, they were sent an eviction notice in Nicaragua. The rent was woefully behind. What did the financing do again?
