Off Topic: Fenton, CPQ meets all your criteria

P/E - 28.65
Price to Book - 5.71
Insider selling - yes, at $70.25

Now why would you not short it?

AOL is still close to its 52 week high. Price to Book is at 36.59 with a negative trailing P/E.

AOL seems to be a better short candidate than AOC.. isn't it? What about RMBS? What about DELL, MSFT?

You can go shorting four out of five tech stocks because they all meet your criteria. Tech stocks have always had high P/Es and less "perfect" fundamentals, because they offer BETTER GROWTH RATES. Now they may not do better under the conditions such the one that we have now, because those growth rate is the one that being questioned.
