You think his foreign policy is in shambles because its the hardest thing to measure so its an easy blame for Rs. However, history will see it differently. Trust.
Actually, it's pretty easy to measure. Obama looks more like Carter than Kennedy.

You think Obama's foreign policy is a "success" merely because he isn't despised as much as Bush and Cheney. But that's quite a low standard.
