Hi Frank , <<Iomega seems to be selling refurbished drives without
causing too much pain.>> From my perspective the lower cost refurbished Zip drives have not affected sales. Until very recently demand has out-striped supply and the demand is still very high.
It's important for Iomega to get rid of these now before their regular retail prices drop. Now is the time to blow these out, and make some money on our real money makers, the disks that have to work in these drives.

p.s. Tried to e-mail you a while back when you were looking for some zip drives but the e-mail address in your profile didn't work and would you believe that a full month later I received a notice from the system that my mail didn't go thru. Must have gotten lost in cyber space, weird.
