You mentioned that this presumed debt offering would be a conventional bond, which I find very surprising.

Regardless, it would be an interesting exercise to calculate QNTM's cost of capital. An interesting place to start is to calculate the premium for QNTM's recent convertible debt offering. As you do this sort of stuff, would you mind terribly? It must be noted that the recent turmoil must necessitate an increase in that premium for future offerings.
