I agree Sandman. SHVA probably can't be successful completely on their own. They have already partnered with NT; the questions is where do they want to go together from here. If they can't agree on terms, would SHVA risk it alone? Would someone else step up to the plate?

For anyone who cares to check the facts, the Nortel web site has a lot of information about the strategic relationship between NT & SHVA. You can simply search the site or here's a link to get you started. Clear these two companies are very important to each other although Nortel is much bigger. BTW, SHVA also has strategic OEM relationships with IBM & HP.
