Obama has no interest in getting things done; only in standing in the way of progress. So, Obama comes out with the claim the legislation is "extreme". He's dug in to the position of just doing whatever it is he wants to do. It is temporary circumvention of the legislative process; he thinks if he "creates" law out of thin air, it will become the "law of the land" as was claimed with Obamacare. The good news is the nonsense this jerk spreads can be undone by a future president with the stroke of a pen.

They passed a bill they KNEW Obama would reject, then left, just so they could tell their idiot supporters they did THEIR job. They are the most useless congress in history. Any American paying attention knows it. It's why they have less support than Obama. Its not even that Obama would reject it. Typically, the House and the Senate work on a bill together before finalizing it and then putting it up for a vote in both houses before sending it to the president for signature. The Rs didn't do that. They passed a bill and then left. Its the equivalent of the Rs flipping everyone the bird as they go out of town. They have become totally dysfunctional. Incompetent, irrational and dysfunctional.
