What just cause was Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer, or John Wayne Gacy claiming to champion? Timothy McVeigh claimed a cause but then terrorism is a distinct type of heinous crime. I'd put it in the same category of judicial treatment. Why not? "A heinous crime is so because it is unquestionably so odious and cruel or malicious in nature as to be irreconcilable." "they may feel they have a just cause which you disagree with..." Heinous crime is heinous crime.
