Right. Like the Dems did with the biggest piece of legislation ever enacted, in the entire history of the world -- Obamacare. They couldn't get the votes for a bill in the House so Reid unconstitutionally gutted the entire text (INCLUDING the title) of a bill and replaced it with his own version. Even then they had to bribe people to get enough votes (BY 1) to get it enacted.

Lots of work between the House & Senate on that one. They had to have someone in the House breaking arms and legs to get even Democrats to vote for it.
