When I say a bottom is in as in GLW at 1.10 it was THE BOTTOM. NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.

And it hasn't.

OR SEAGATE at 16 years ago and never to be seen again. And it wasn't as it disappeared.

So IF you are saying 1915 IS the bottom and we don't go under that again.

WELL ERR AHHH.

U really think new highs?? I guess it's possible. Geez that will clearly be the unexpected during sept and October. But before the elections it could make perfect sense and provide a rallying cry for the dems.
