You don't seem to get that the reason they can't leave is their elected government won't allow it, and neither will Egypt.The best solution to that problem is for them to get Hamas the hell out of there. If they can't figure that out, it is hard to see how they're going to improve their own situations.It has nothing, whatsoever, to do with Israel.
