It has been and continues to be refined in subsequent models as more data comes in.
It has? Even though the Secchi disk research only became available as a scientific paper in 2010?

Can YOU show "proof" of that?

All I ever hear regarding phytoplankton is that ocean "acidity" is a threat to their growth (and also certain Zooplankton).

But I've NEVER seen any Climate research clearly showing that they have incorporated the effects of a 40% decline in Phytoplankton since 1950.

Hell, the CC priesthood doesn't even want to acknowledge that the oceans are Iron deficient.. Every attempt to conduct Iron fertilization research is met with fear-mongering and denigrated as "geo-engineering" .

So go ahead.. show me the proof that CC models have incorporated that 2010 Secchi disk data and "re-calibrated" their models going back 64 years.
