Puborecto is only being honest about how most Jews believe and feel. Rabbi Meir Kahane was also a fearful but honest Zionist Talmudic Jew. The actions of Israel in the last few days is only an external manifestation of what modern Talmudic Jews believe internally. Its frightening because the Israelis and apparently their Jewish supporters are turning into the very thing they have professed to despise, and its disturbing because apparently for some American Jews their first loyalty is Israel. I thought puborectalis was more grounded than that.
