Jim, I'm told that the arbitrations were for two individual games only and were very minor matters. Nothing has changed regarding their being able to use INNN technology only in the hospitality business, and play no "live" games other than QBI. I don't know anything about the two games other than that. The location is toward the end of the tape, and may have been a CYA type (going concern) comment. I didn't want to spend the time listening to the whole CC again to better understand the context in which it was made. Dwight
