Every single tunnel is dug under Palestinian territory. Since Israel has been stealing Palestinian land for decades between Gaza and the West Bank, it only appears to be Israeli territory because Israel has illegally annexed stolen Palestinian lands. The western media which is mostly controlled by Zionists cooperate with Israel in hidings this fact. Netanyahu is trying to make a bid deal about Palestinians digging tunnels under their own territory.
