I sure wish a call would get on the air asking him to reconcile his "balanced" portfolio with over two thirds in equities with his radio and percentage advice to have only half a balanced portfolio in stocks. Clearly if the market continues to go up, he'll get to report better results but if it goes down, that portfolio will suffer more than a 50:50 portfolio. The portfolio percentage he lists doesn't match what he has so it is silly.

The third hour of Moneytalk yesterday was pure fireworks. Bob Brinker didn't even try to cover up his contempt of the author after he insulted Brinker's idol, Warren Buffett, and said IBM had no business model. Brinker must own some IBM stock.

It was hilarious and entertaining. You can read my guest-writer's summary at my blog.
