It's a real shame. I wonder how much the intrinsic value of
all the intelectual property (i.e "Spiderman" "X-Men" Fantastic Four"
is worth??? I mean hey wouldn't someone buy the rights to spiderman for like $35 Million Dollars?
Sound cheap actually! Or is it? Market cap of MArvel is only 100 Million right now. How much is the first issue
of Amazing Spiderman worth? I bet they have a few of those laying around. Maybe they should auction stuff like that off ("surplus" comic books that is)... ?

Hey Disney bought "Rockey & Bullwinkle" that came as a surprise to me... what if they shelled out a bundle for some of Marvel's
Character's .... or Company for that matter?

How about Sega, Bandai or Nintendo? Wouldn't they want to buy characters or make an investment?

Is Marvel willing to sell part of it's intellectual property...
Or the whole shabang? Is the whole shabang for sale?

Who's buying? When was the last time DC (Time Warner) and Marvel
did one of those cross character thingies? Would DC/Time Warner
take an investment in Marvel?

This is just stuff i'm thinking about as an "ex-collector"
and probably no basis of reality in the investment world...
but ....we'll see!
