It is hard to believe he's still on the air or people even pay for this nonsense..

Brinker wrote: "We view market weakness as a short-term interruption of an ongoing uptrend."

My guess is even if his subscriber base is down 90%, it is still well worth the trouble of working maybe 9 hours a month to recycle his weasel words and keep his son employed.

Before you came to our Brinker discussion group at S101, we used to joke that you needed a magic decoder ring to figure out what he was recommending. This dates back to 1997 or 1998.
Some are complaining that this lack of direction has kept them out of the market for much of this latest run up.
We had several "fans" who used various fake name to say how great Brinker's advice was but when any of them were pressed to do a simple portfolio of say an S&P500 fund and money market fund from Vanguard to show how THEY interpreted the advice, they universally declined.

My guess is most of the same people are doing the same thing today on your blog.

One UNIVERSAL trait ALL the fans had is none would meet me or anyone I trusted in person nor give their real names... or even have a phone discussion.

Have you met all your regular contributors in person or spoken with them on the phone? A guy who only works 9 hours a month has a LOT of time on his hands to do all sorts of things.
