Let's say one of your neighbors wrote you several letters saying that he wanted you DEAD and would keep trying to kill you for as long as he lived? In that case, I will give him his house back, stop beating his children, stop oppressing him, etc. you got the point, right, or shall I go through the details? He then fired a couple of shots at your house every week. Usually he'd just hit the side of your house but every once in a while he'd hit a window. You've heard from people that that neighbor is trying to buy a sniper rifle. See above, However, I would not commit genocide. I will not treat the symptoms but deal with the cause and the cause is so obvious, it is the occupation, oppression and land grab. The kicker is that there aren't any authorities in the area for you to call. You're on your own. With 200 nuclear head? I would play the victim and get the American taxpayers to foot the bill.
