Well, let's see. He told other Libyans in private that the video was at least part of the reason for the attack. People at the scene place him in the attack. When captured, he claims he didn't do it. Granted, the trial has just started. It very well may be that the government can't make their case. It is a possibility that he was just talking big and there was someone in the attack who resembled him enough that we have a case of mistaken identity. It is sort of amusing that you are so desperate to pin something on Obama that you are willing to take the word of a known terrorist...
