I think some people will pay 10% more for the dollar than it ought to be worth, just for the convenience. There's no easier way to do business, all over the world. I keep waiting for that great epiphany when people start to realize that the intrinsic value is zero.

Last time there was a big boost in the USD, for no explainable reason over a period of time, was when a large turd hit the fan in 2008.
