Yes, you apparently missed the content of several posts. 1) Oxidation comments were on silver, not gold. And the comments were made on terrestrial applications. Like silverware. Go read posts. 2) Nothing was said about exclusive use of anything in space (except use of gold on spacecraft), if you go back and read the posts -vbg- After all, we humans tend to spend most of our time communicating, etc, on terra firma. Chickens spend a little of it slightly higher, of course. -g-
