Perpetual glass half empty is only useful when it is well thought out.
My question is based upon observations from those we interact with in the course of importing from China (not related to smartphones directly) as well as trips to Japan. It's also not a glass half empty, for if the attraction is based upon the perception that the iPhone is a better value than the Chinese-made phones that have recently gained a lot of traction, it could bode extremely well for Apple.
