Don't remember the "silver bullet" off the top of my head. Very long CC. Let me know if you can't find a mention of 144's. I "know" that was in there. As to the employees. My experience has been that employees get fed the same way investors get fed. "Need to know", no bad news at all until it's too late to hide, and tons of happy talk. Many CEO's even keep other officers and directors in the dark whenever possible. Other high level officers however, are able to see details (VP sales know customer activity) and have a feel for their business, which is why I really pay attention when a CFO buys or sells. Dwight
